Default Help! Misfires on all cylinders AFTER replacing plugs and coil pack and valve cover gasket

I was driving and the MIL came on, car started shuddering and driving like crap. After searching ther forums I decided to replace the valve cover gasket ( there was oil on the ignition coils and on the spark plugs), all 4 ignition coil packs, and all 4 spark plugs. After doing all that I turned on the engine car started shaking somewhat, and you could tell the cylinders were still misfiring. My OBDII scanner came up with these codes: P0300 P0301 P0302 P0303 P0304.
What should I check/do next???

I'm using brand new NGK BKR6Es. Checked the gap before I put them in and they were all at 0.032.

Default Have you checked to make sure all vacuum lines were reconnected securely?

A quick search of all those codes showing up at once (after checking / replacing coils and plugs)has turned up mostly vacuum line issues. Check for anything loose as well as searching for any lines that have tears or holes. Many of them tend to develope holes or simply rot away over time.

Thanks for the advice. Can you tell me how to check the vacuum lines?

Default Interesting. I have this exact problem on my 3.0 too

My CEL flashes intermittently, car runs like crap for about 30 seconds, then goes back to normal. I'm on my 4th set of coil packs. But plugs (OEM from dealer) were gapped and replaced 3K miles ago, along w/6 new coils. I wasn't sure where to turn next.
