What kind of DV are you running? How old? Was it ever serviced?

Also make sure that your TIP (turbo inlet pipe) is secure.

Default the only reason i say software is the have the same exact setup as you..

and the same exact problems. my car feels exactly like yours does. i do not think you need to purchase another k04. no way are our k04's both shot. this is something stupid and little that we need to figure out. i was going to upgrade to an elim however i do not want to run into this problem on a larger scale. we do he the ideal setups for the elim. all we need is the turbo, injectors and a flash for $200. other than that its the samco inlet pipe adapter for $50. i ran logs on my car a while back when i had this problem and everything check out ok. for some reason something is retarding the timing on our car. i am sooo lost with this one and its making me hate my car

Default thats what i was thinking because it feels like the turbo is sucking in a ton of hot air..

this should not be the case as we both have fmic's. do you think i maybe tore the samco/neuspeed tip?

Might be the case. Take off the air filter snorkel and check it out.

That is at least $4K high for a car with no service history and 3 owners.

My OEM TIP ripped under the clamp next to the Turbo.
