Hi All- I have a B5 S4 and am looking at picking up a B6 Avant 6 speed as another car...
I have done some searching in the archives but I wanted to see if there were any real gotcha's I should be aware of.
I found one with high mileage (105K) that is pretty cheap. I still need to look at it but would you all shy away from one with that high of mileage or, like any car, if taken care of could it be alright?
I do all of my own work so I am not afraid of the normal wear and tear stuff (control arms, CV's) or even a turbo swap if necessary. It is sort of a pain on the S4 so I can't imagine it even compares on the B6 given where it sits on your cars.
Any advice would be appreciated.
