Default with higher fuel prices, should this help?

was wondering if this concept/technology holds water ... NE combustion experts here?

Default The theory is sound: the finer the fuel spray is, the more rapid the combustion...

What I don't know, is how bad the spray stock injectors make. My hunch says it's not at all that bad, at least when they're clean. But I could well be wrong :P
