Default Hoen customer service is the best!
I blew a bulb while I was in Maryland over Labor Day weekend. As you could guess I was pretty pissed off being so far from home with no replacement bulb. I emailed Hoen's customer service and explained it to them. My new bulb will be here tomorrow. No questions asked. Awesome.
