Hi, I was putting an ornament on my 02 A4 3L Quattro when the drill slipped and I accidently put a gash in the hood. After I finished drilling the hole I tried to gently hammer the metal which had left sharp raised pieces which could be seen as the hole was too big and extended past the ornament. Unfortunatly the hammer made a bit of a mess really. The ornament, which I took off and old Daimler bus, really would have looked great on the A4, but now it looks a bit tacky. What should I do to fix it? The european body shop was quite abusive and rude about it so I am asking you guys.. help.

I'm sure a good body shop would be able to help you and get it fixed, but it's going to cost some cash. After that, I'd refrain from drilling anymore holes in the car. :>![Wink](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Got a pic of the ornament you were trying to install. I'd like to see that...
