(in california) the hotel pays the valet company under a contract, that legally ties them to the services performed (follow the money) on their proprety as "transparent to the customer" employees of the hotel providing a service to hotel customers. the hotel (in california) does hold liability in a case like this. you need to raise A LOT of hell with both the valet company, the corporate offices of the hotel and the local hotel management. valet company insurance is very difficult to come by, so valet companies are always looking to keep you quite, raise hell - they will work to keep you quite, if you make noise.

If the company won't do anything, then sue the heck outta driver as an indiviual...
Though I'm pretty sure the valet company will want to fix or settle this in fear of making their company look bad.

This sounds llike Audi should incorporate a seped/rev limiter valet mode...
Programmable from the radio station push buttons. It would be easy to do!!!
That way you would limit the revs to about 2K and the speed to about 20mph.....the punks would look at some other car.

nothing against you but I would not let anyone valet park my car, I used to valet park cars & and know they drive the crap out of nice cars
was pulling into a park lot in the City I live in, and the attendant wanted to park my car, I said whatever & pulled out and found street parking
