i had a set of 18s on my b5. i was running 225/40/18s and had H&R sport/bilstein setup. hit a 2x4 and bent the p-side front and rear rim. Im lookin at moven gt2 19x8.5's for my b6. i'll be putting h&R sport/bilstein setup on this as well and i'll be running 235/35/19 toyo p4's. just wondering how much greater my risk of bending the rims are on the 19's compared to 18's. I mean i know hitting a peice of wood wiil bend 17's probably but as far as potholes go and stuff like that cuz the roads around me can get rough. 18's just look a little small on they b6 in my opinion. thanks

but bending a 18" is just as easy as bending a 19" wheel given the right circumstances.

you just have to be really careful when you drive.
