How about this for service...
my dealer called me twice today at work to keep me posted with courtesy calls regarding my 3.0
They are looking at the possible coil pack issue right now....
Its nice to actually recieve decent customer service every once in a while...I figure there is so much service bashing on here, we need to say something positive once in a while

My car has been in since last Friday a.m. and no contact whatsoever
I called this moring for an update (the car should have/could have been fixed in a day or two) and the answer was "we're still working on it" with no estimate of completion time or date.
Of course it's the 5th time the car has been in for the same problem (that was there at delivery), so what do I expect?
