you wont have much power even on full throttle, it sucks, I had hit a water puddle and water got into the engine bay and messed up the MAF, it was replaced under warranty...

log the block that reads the volume that flows thru the MAF.
If you MAF is bad the readings will either read really low. Or they will be very sparatic and all over the chart.
