We will see it February/March 2005 as most likely a 2005.5 model..too early to call it a 2006 model.

That would be great! It would prove that Audi is trying to push the brand harder in the States!

Default Not all B6's have the credit card holder either...

<img src="http://www.audiusa.com/common/images/2005_int_gallery3_s4sedan_lg.jpg">

Of course, I wouldn't be suprised if Audi took it out in the B7 to save money...unlike the B6 where it was missing only if there was an additional functional button there.

Sad how Audi is cutting so many small corners...things that made the A4 interior a little bit "cooler" and more gadgets.
The battery cover...the flip up lighter...the underseat storage bins...and now the card holder.

Default I think your comments raise the original question again. With the B6 doing as well as it is...

why spend the time, money, and resources to redo it so soon?
I think they want to reaffirm their brand identity while they are selling well globally. The shield grill is polarizing! Personally, I like it. If every model has the look, there will no longer be the question, "Hey, what was that?"
Like BMW though, I think the rear could be more agressive. It is the weakest part of Audi designs.
Regardless, I'm very forgiving and will always be an Audi nut.
For all those that threaten to go to the competition just because they found something they don't like about the cig lighter, you're not Audi material anyway.
There, I said it.
