How do i get thoese STUPID hose clamps apart?

You might want to specify what the hell you are talking about first, but if you mean the oetinger style 'eared' hose clamps, you have to clip them off at the 'ears' and replace them with new ones. If this is the thing you are talking about, they are often mistaken as inferior to worm drive clamps, but the opposite is true - this style will flex somewhat with the pressure mainting a consistant seal instead of cutting into the hose.
