how do i keep the hose attached to the throttle body from coming off?

how do i keep the hose attached to the throttle body from coming off?

at least once a week this hose blows right off no matter how tight i put it back on. this is getting annoying now. i never like to keep anyting in the car but now i have a damn tool kit in the trunk. wtf?
