Just 4 tabs ...Push gently a screw driver to each slot to pop the tabs out.

Default Actually, just.......
reach underneath/inside the grill and you will feel two tabs. Push them in and the grill pops right out with just a little effort. No need for screw driver.

just reach under and inside the grill and you will feel the two tabs. Push up on them and the grill pops.
