How do you adjust rear H&R coilovers?

What do you mean? To raise or lower the ride height you simply.....
screw in or out the adjustable adapter. BTW I would not go below 25 1/8 inch in the back and not lower then 25 inch in the front. That would give you a positive rake of 1/8 inch. Any lower then 25 inch in the front and you will be scrapping the front end.
