how do you guys clean the tar buildup on the outsides of your exhausts?? and the black film that..

soot that wipes right off....not sure why you're having diff. to remove tar-like build-up

yep and if you wipe them down weekly you'll get no hard buildup.

Default Soot comes off with sponge; for tar go to...

the hardware or autoparts store and get bug and tag remover. works really well but be careful using it. It is something to the effect of kerosene, so if it gets on the car it may take the paint off.
