how do you manage to get an "engine overspped-warranty voided" code on a tiptronic?

Default the only thing I can think of...
is someone thought it was in tip mode and slammed it into neutral and hit the gas.

Default transmission slipping...
very common if your clutch paks are wore out or the lockup converter clutch is wore out or just tore up from the floor up.

ever do the 2yr tiptronic trans fluid replacement regiment? No? Ready to buy a new tranny

I'm out of warranty anyway. I guess the "" after it should have been a clue.
