Default how do you stick the sides of the europlate to the bumper?

I bought a eurplate frame from ttstuff. But I was only able to use the top two holes to screw in the plateframe. The sides and the lower part of the frame are still loose. So, what can i use to stick the frame to the bumber without damaging the paint? (I tried this double sided tape, but it wasnt strong enough)

Default what I did was..

get rid of the frame and just used double-sided tape directly on the plate itself... the plate can bend and stay bent but the plastic frame "rebounds" ... slightly bend the plate so its flush against the whole bumper.. then carefully place double-sided tape around towards the outside of the plate. BTW the tape I used isnt the ordinary white 3M doublesided tape. Its the gray tape used for body moldings (A LOT stronger) should keep it on through foul weather and such...
