how does the neuspeed short shifter engage?

i was wondering that myself, if u go to the stratmosphere site they make it sound like they...(more)

I installed the stratmosphere in 6spd over the weekend
I have been very happy with it. You can only expext so much because all they give you is the bar. The unit that does most of the moving is still the plastic stock swivelball that is left in place by all the units. Mine was definitly worth the investment though!
