Default How easy is it to replace seat cover?

My driver's side bottom seat cover has a gash in it. How easy is it to replace it? Do you have to take the whole seat out?

Default I have the same problem. Yes, you have to remove the seat and having airbags in the seat

makes the job that much harder. After that you will need bullring pullers to remove/install the new cover.

Default Oh yeah they do. More likely than not will have to order them as they aren't in high demand

8E0-881-405-B-MSG assuming your 2002 Platinum-light (gray) interior color. The seat (bottom portion only) cover alone will set you back around $230 MSRP.

I think it was either MC Hammered or Avanteix.

Do you have to do that even just for the bottom portion?

yes, the seat has to come out as the cover is hooked in a couple of places underneath the base.
