IF you have to take whole seat out there is a great write up somewhere.... Guys?

I have the same problem. Yes, you have to remove the seat and having airbags in the seat
makes the job that much harder. After that you will need bullring pullers to remove/install the new cover.

Oh yeah they do. More likely than not will have to order them as they aren't in high demand
8E0-881-405-B-MSG assuming your 2002 Platinum-light (gray) interior color. The seat (bottom portion only) cover alone will set you back around $230 MSRP.
