How exactly do you disconnect the coil pack from the harness?

Default How exactly do you disconnect the coil pack from the harness?
Scared silly to break the connection.

Default Just use your finger or screwdriver to push the tab as you push the harness away from the coilpack.
Then just pull up really hard on the coilpack to pop it out.
