Default And I'll say that my first visit to Pacific Audi in Torrance was pretty painless...of course...

I made the service guy walk around the car and note on the paper work that there were no dents or scratches.

Default i feel bad for all you guys...

my dealer is cool as **** and always takes care of me when i go in. when anyone goes to buy a car they should always talk to others who have used that dealership and it's service department. you can usually gauge how good or bad a dealership is going to be by taking a few trips there and seeing how well you are treated each time. my 2 cent...

Default Always bring in your car freshly washed and do a walk around w/ a service advisor

noting any dents/scratches. This lets them know you pay attention to your car and to treat it as such.

simple fix - LF dust shield was bent and rubbing against rotor
