Default i just got my black 02 a41.8t

i use the california duster every morning before i go to work and every evening bfore i go to bed. it works well but i still plan on washing the car every week. i notice that its a lot harder to keep the black car looking spotless. once the car is clean though.....black is emmaculate.
peace,
mike

Default What i think is the black car doesn't get so dirty at all if you don't look too close

if you looking at the car two to three steps away from the car it is not noticeble it is dirty at all

Default My first black car and VERY hard to keep clean!

I am a self-admitted neat freak and this BB car is about to break me of that habit! I do park outside at all times, which really allows pollen and debris to collect quickly. Usually stays shiny from a distance for a couple days. Mention rain and she is a mess.

Had a '99 Black Passat, stayed clean 3-4 days after a wash. Otherwise: dust, dirt, pollen, rain.

Default not that bad .. a wash every 3 or 4 days and you're good to go ..

I had a silver car prior to my current Brilliant Black A4 .. and i'm rather enjoying the new washing routine. It wasn't any fun washing the old car - since it looked the same before and after.

Spending quality time with your car during washing is important. Mine likes it when I soap behind her mirrors.

Default Thank goodness for my garage. :)

Though covered parking at work would be nice too.
