Default how long after fresh paint can you wax a car?
I'm assuming polish is even longer.

In most cases 60 days or two months.

the paint shop just told me - wash with no soap for the first week. No wax for a month min.

Do they use an oven for drying/curing?Guaranteed nothin happens to affect paint stability after oven

You know that they de-burr, polish, glaze and wax before they even deliver the car, right?

I've always wondered why they give you that estimate. I'm thinking they do it so if their paint job is messed up you will have waited so long before touching it you won't notice

That's funny and probally right. After polish it's swirl city. Their pro glaze is ~amazing~.
