How long do you let your car warm up for?

j/k
I usually let her idle for 15-45 seconds (depending how cold it is). My car doesn't see any boost whatsoever and I keep the revs below 3000 rpm until the coolant temp rests at 90C (takes about 3-6 min). After this is achieved, I keep the revs below 3.5K and less than 5-8PSI of boost for the next 5-15 min (outside temp dependant). Only then do I beat on my car.
I also always let my car cool down for a minimum of 30 seconds. If I was beating on the car, I let it cool down for 1-3 minutes.

In the owner's manual, Audi suggests driving as soon as possible so that the system warms up faster to avoid additional pollution, not because it's harmful or better for the engine.
Your car will warm up faster driving down the road vs. idle.
For me, I rarely warm it up, I just take it easy for a few miles. I don't drive like a maniac much anyhow, so I have little concern about boost, WOT, etc. On the track at a driving school, that's another story.
