3 months is typical timing unless they can change an existing order...

I've heard about this...some dealers say it's a myth though. Naysayers claim that they simply get what they get and have no control whatsoever over how the cars are produced. Who's right?

Ordered 9/15/01..Delivery next week in Hong Kong...

it is in right hand drive though.

I've had an existing order changed...

Dealers can do that before the start of production (actually before the materials are ordered for the car). Thats what my dealer did for me and I'm getting my car in under 8 weeks instead of the usual 3-4 month wait.
