I'm trying to figure if bulbs like the Sylvania Silverstar bulbs are worth purchasing over the stock bulbs. The Silverstar are 1200 lumens and 4000k temperature.
I did a search and couldn't find anything.

Anything blue will be dimmer. HX_guy, I have been following your recent postwhoring on the forum about illegal xenon to halogen projector retrofits (the halogen lens is different than the xenon lens and it will turn yellow over time) and now you're down to swapping in some blue tinted POS bulb that will give you less light than stock.
I'd say bite the bullet and get some OEM xenon housing with the OEM xenon bulbs and be done with it. That is the only way to to it right (it'd still be illegal in Europe as auto leveling is required for xenons over there, but you can get away with it in the US)
