Default Off the subject.. did you drive your car back from tahoe?
I saw your post earlier about a possible coil pack failure and was wondering what you did. I'll probably be heading up there this Tuesday.

VW recently changed to 4yr coverage just about when the B5.5 Passat came out.

Talk to Bryans12v on the 12v forum or B5 forum. He's a VW/Audi guy with experience with both.

Default If it is obviously or possibly a defect in materials or workmanship.
You get into a grey area if chipped or dragging the car.
