How much of a PITA would it be to re-do the trunk lip spoiler?

yes... but i guess not enough. i had to borrow my neighbors hair dryer... i didn't bother to explain. they already think i'm nuts about my car... i am. i also used bug&tar remover, which was not as effective as i thought it would be. took a while, but i got it all off.

it looks great... but black is tough. after, i could see the halo from the lettering, and all the rubbing left swirls. but the detailing got rid of it all.

don't be... i did mine after two years and i keep it outside. after the detailing there is no sign of it ever being there.
