how to remove wind deflectors?

This is my first post here and my first Audi. I just got an 04 1.8T Ultra Sport but the thing came with those stupid window deflectors on the front and rear windows.

I searched the forums and couldn't find instructions for removing them. Any ideas?

those things use adhesive tape....use hairdryer to detach and goo-gone to remove residue
