When will Audi launch a bigger engine to replace the 3.0 220 HP engine?
Cars in different class is already coming with something bigger and cheaper......
Honda accord 240hp
Mazda 6 220hp
Nissan Maxima 255 hp
those numbers are making me jealous!

It's not the Japanese styling...it's just that in North American spec they really suck/
The JDM looks so much better than the N.A. one...
and the Mazda 6 is pretty good as it is...and it's cheap!

I'd be happy with the 220bhp 3.0 at the price/spec you guys in the States get!!
Also its not just about power. People buy A4's for style, image, refinement, build quality etc etc. I am much happier driving my 2.0 130bhp A4 than I ever would be with a 200+ bhp Jap car. You just can't have it all!!!!

performance numbers from edmunds:
mazda 6 auto 0-60 8 seconds
honda accord auto 0-60 7 seconds
nissan maxima man 0-60 6.3 seconds
audi 3.0 man/quattro 7 seconds
Only the maxima really thrashes the 3.0 A4...don't underestimate the benefit of a nice broad torque curve.
