Default Ugh. 1) It's not "Cali" unless you're a wannabe rapper...
2) All those cars designed to run on 93 have knock sensors and will adapt to 91 -- nothing will be harmed... the exception being custom aftermarket tunes that are pushing the limits. Then, you risk detonation and damage.

3) Yes, we make a lot less power on 91 than the rest of the country does with their 93.
