I guess I have the oil sludge. Whats the reliability going to be like from here on out?
I'm not getting a new engine, the dealership only said that i'm getting the "oil sludge kit".

what oil was being used and how long between changes?
like Jet says, you should be fine, but you might want to change a few things like start using a good quality synthetic oil. Change it more frequently if you do a lot of short trips and if most of your miles are city driving.
