I had a thought about those stranded without coils for extended periods of time.

I remember people saying that if the car is out of service for 30 days or more that you are entitled to relief under the lemon laws. Florida says that if your car is stranded for fifteen days or more, you can file a claim to the manufacturer letting them know that your car has been at the dealership for more than 15 days. They then know that you may seek lemon status for your car in the future. I think if they get these types of letters by certified mail, then they might shuffle the coils around to dealerships and make sure your car is reparied ASAP. It may save you time in the shop. What do y'all think?
