Default I have filed a police report, and a claim....

Is that in Chestnut Hill?? The "greater" Philadelphia area's streets are garbage. I had a similar incident on my '05 1.8t...luckily no bent rim.

But why dont you just file a comprehensive claim with your insurance? Fork over your deductable and move on.

File a claim on "your" insurance, and "your" rates will go up!
