Default i have a set of kappa perfect 6.1 i want to install in the doors
so i have to cut the stock speakers bla bla bla

but will this fatty xover fit inside the door panels? or i'm better off running the xover wires form the trunk.

the xover is almost as large as the 6.5" speaker itself

i think someone posted a long time ago that they had ample room inside the doors for crossovers

Crossovers usually fit inside the doors with ease.

Default there should be plenty of room for the xover in the door-just be careful that it will not get wet
take some pictures of the installation! i'd love to see it.
