Nope, it's not
More and more people choose to lease their new cars than ever before. Here's why:
Low payments
Since you're only purchasing the right to use a vehicle for a period of time, your financial responsibility and your monthly payments are reduced significantly.
Peace of mind
Most leases last for 2-3 years, the period when a new car is most reliable and enjoys the most extensive warranty coverage.
Convenience
When a lease expires, you simply turn your vehicle in. There's no need to worry about selling it or trading it in.
Most people who lease enjoy driving a brand new car every few years. And if you spend a lot of time on the road for business, leasing can also offer attractive tax advantages

The lease is BS ...
it's $1,928 down plus taxes and dealer fees so add $2000 to that. the lease was based on a $30k 1.8t. and 10k mi. yr for 42 months.
but, i did just lease a 1.8tq with the ultra sport package(looks like an S4 except for the back and has 18" RS4 replicas IMO it looks better than an S4) for 2k down and $400 a month 10k mi. year 42 months. 10k mi. isn't a lot but in the spring and summer i ride my bike to work.
get an APR or GIAC chip for $400 and get a little over 200hp and ===>250ft/lbs of torque. the car will probably feel better than the TL during normal driving b/c the torque hits so low. you have to rev the TL to the limiter to feel the 270 hp ... the TL is definitly a faster car though.
anyway, i'm pretty happy with the deal i got, especially with the ultra sport package cuz i was going to spend $3500 on an oettinger body kit and either sportec mono $2000 or RS4 replica wheels $1500 on a regular A4. all i need now is a chip and i'm done.

whats pathetic is you lack of knowledge...
when you don't have to run off as much sleep...you have more time. also working for dad throughout the day adds in a little as well. winnAr. Even better yet...a whole bunch of people who leased their cars.......well, Audi just bought them out to get them in new Audi's...Leasing works for some. ok. It wouldn't be around if it didn't work

Re: IMO, if what you want is power go w/ the new TL (it has some good look too)..
"IMO, if what you want is power go w/ the new TL (it has some good look too)..
If what you're looking is more style w/ a superior buid quality, go Audi.
Chips for 04 are not on the street yet, (at least the Direct port stuff).
So, it seems that you have your decision already made... also, if what you want is street, straight line jerking, forget all and go w/ the new Subaru...
Bottom line it's always about WHAT you want...
Happy Thanksgiving shopping :-D"
Hmm, I think the A4 looks better than the new TL. The A4 more German looking. The New TL is a little plain, the back is kinda dodge stratus looking.
About the build quality, We have had Acura's and they are excellent. The Service is the best in the business too - rated above Porsche. I have to admit, I've never had any problems with my 98 GS-R.
