It's awesome, the VAG-COM tool that is.
I can now raise and lower my windows with my remote (by holding down unlock to lower and lock to raise). I also turned off selective unlocking so all my doors unlock at one push of the button AND I turned on the Auto-Lock at Speed feature (about 15mph), this feature also unlocks all doors when the key is removed from the ignition.

I also used it to Change the lighting scheme so that I can have my Fogs on without my headlights..

Is it possible to start the stereo with the remote?

How easy was it to install? Is there free software
that will do the same? Any sites on home made
interface cables and whatnot?

Isn't the light switch mechanically designed so that you need to physically turn the **** on to pull it out for the fogs?

If you turn it one position (running lights on), it will pull out to turn on the fogs. Right Greg?

If you're really paranoid, put back the stock settings before you take it to the dealer.
