Default he's correct... you have it for 4 years / 50,000 miles...

ive used it 3 times i think... its literally been a problem each time... including scratched rims twice out of the 3 times

Default welll...

audi used to use AAA... atleast they came the first time I called audi roadside and they were the ones who scratched my rim really badly...

now atleast down here (dont know if they just use local towers in the area) they use anchor towing... the most ghetto towing company ever...

i get towed on the side of i-95...

i give the guy the towing hook on my car that goes in the front bumper... he looks at me like ok and put its down... and hooks the hook somewhere else and the car starts going up the bed crooked and i yell at him to stop and he is utterly retarded and oblivious and my car scrapes against the side of the bed...

freaking idiots... if his one job is to tow cars all day, i just don't understand...

anyway... AAA refunded me full price for the rim... the other company was so ghetto I ended up feeling like id be shot just standing there....
and i got nowhere

Default so the ghetto towing company didn't pay for the damage??? how bad was it?...

at least AAA had the dignity to pay for the replacement rim, why doesn't Audi roadside use them anymore?

Default too expensive ?

not sure AAA probably cost a lot... so audi probably just dumps it off to the cheapest local carriers (thats just my guess)....

yeah it was like a curbing along the edge of the one rim that rubbed...

the guy says to me... look i run a good company look at the hummers over here... i was like congradulations you have hummer's what does that have to do with my car ?

and then he said i will not pay for the damage on the rims but i can repair them for you...

well he said he could do it himself i told him to f**k himself and enjoy the hummers cause id rather have a scrape then a moron attempt to repair a rim

atleast i respected AAA for owning up to the mistake but thats because they're a reputable company,... this anchor towing was just a joke

Default that's such a shame....

but at least you followed the first cardinal rule to auto repair...don't get it "repaired" by the moron that damaged it in the first place! (at least in regards to ghetto towing companies)
