I just installed the aluminum trim in my 03...but I have a question
Is there suppose to be some kind of end caps on the two dash pieces. The fiberglass trim wrapped around end. It looks like there should be some kind of little plastic piece maybe.

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/20407/my02interior.jpg"></center><p>It is were the trim on the dash ends on the right, below the airvent. The door trim butts up againt it. You only see the end of the trim when the door is open. Thats the best way I can explain it.

I think I got a pic that shows the side of the trim piece

With the door open you can see it. The fiberglass in solid all the way around. The aluminum trim doesn't go all the way around. There is a hole on the side. Sorry for posting all these ****.

Your car is from Europe, right? Your dash trim ends look normal to me. Compare them to mine.
