I love this car but I HATE this company
You may remember my post of last week (2nd coil failure, followed by 2 week wait only to be dragged down there to find coils hadn't been changed, car was dented by them, wasted my afternoon, washed it when I told them not to, ended up leaving it there AGAIN) (blah, blah, blah).
Anyway, I called AoA and bitched and I got a voicemail from the service manager yesterday saying, "I'm sorry you were unhappy with your wash, just bring it back and we'll wash it again." WTF?!?!?!? THEY DON'T EVEN REALIZE THEY HAVE THE DAMN CAR, let alone they I told them NOT to EVER wash it. Going on week 3 in a Buick. I don't think I'll ever see it again. I don't mind paying $530 a month for a Buick, though. This is bull****.

Sorry to hear about this BS...

Write to Audi of North America and bitch to them...I did to BMW when they won't align my car because I slammed it 3 inches. And guess what? The dealer called me, apologized and aligned my car witha 10% discount. Good luck! -Mikey

this is exactly why I walked acrossed the street and got a lexus in front of my audi sales manager
loved the new car I bought and the service is excellent!!
I will wait for audi to improve before coming back; with the durability of the lexus, time is on my side

somebody's not getting a gift certificate from Audi...or even a basket. j/k
Are there any other dealers around you? I drive about 115 miles to mine and it's worth every mile of it. They treat me and my car soooo good. Hope I didn't just jinx it though, I got my 10K service on saturday.
