How do you send money to them? you'll want to find a seller who speaks English...or someone trustworthy who will translate for you.

That person says they don't ship to the States. Some sellers will ship world-wide from Germany.

You should be able to use Paypal, as suggested by MattK. If not, an international money order is $1 (I think) from a post office. You'll want to send it via certified mail so you can confirm that the seller got the payment.

Most important is finding someone who speaks English or German in order to communicate.

Most Germans know English, so no problem there. And I usually transfer the money to Germany by bank.

I've seen some Navi+ systems for sale. But they are from a Passat or A6, so they need adjusting.
