I go thermal exhaust 2weeks ago and

after install that I can hear turbo sound much better which I like

but tonight Iwas driving little fast and agressive

and in some point the sound of turbo to be little different

instead of wheethling it sounded like motor car or supercharger.. which is mistery

and I'm now worry about it...

but it still kicked up but feels little weaker

and after I got back and poped the hood and saw my turbo gloving like a orange..

is it may be just because overheated?

and also I go APR chip..

so please help me folks... thx

It sounds like you just drove it really hard- Glowing is normal for a turbo after a lot of boosting.

turbo glow is normal after aggressive driving.....hence the cool down period. No worries.

don't worry, it's normal after hard drive. i had it turn red a couple of times, too

You would know if it blew, your car would be extremely slow. 1.8L pushing the A4 wont go very fast.

yeah, i got K04. spool up faster and better pulls when the turbo kicks in.
