I put in the green coolant. Am I in warranty trouble?

I put in the green coolant. Am I in warranty trouble?
Took the car in to have a coolant leak fixed (cpo). Asked me what kind of coolant I put in. Told him I put in the green kind that says it mixes with everything. "Oh no! That stuff can clog your system!" he says. I STFA already, but the info is a bit hazy. So, what's the worst that could happen here?

Update: they fixed it, but whined about my oil filter being too small...
The one I replaced the stock one with is a little smaller, but it was the right one in the book. Blah blah blah sludge, blah blah blah buy our oil filter. I can't remember what kind I bought. Is this right? Should I switch?
