Hi guys... I blew my turbo last week

and I replaced the turbo and MAF today..

and It was still overboosting even I have changed MAF..

and also N75 Valve is working fine..

so My last possibility is the software..

I got mine from greedspeed..

I am not blaming them but I am thinking they might made mistake.

Is there any warranty for ECU?

How is REVO K04 software? someone running? with it?

I am tried of K04 now..

my boost is not stable and it rungs like a dog...

It is really slow sometime and It is fast sometime..

and also the turbo doesn't even spools up sometime, then if I restart my car, then it works fine but still boost is now stable..

Please help me if you know about this..

I would call Greedspeed and tell them your problem and see waht they say to do.

I am running Revo special K-04 progam with big injectors.

The program is fined tuned by Revo programer who happaned to stop by my country and tuned it for me. He spent one day acquiring the fuel map on bigger injectors on dyno and spent another day to tune my car on road. He told me he was using performance baseline from TT225 running at 265 hps on my car.

I assure you that I am running at par or better than a Revoed S3 here. Car is smooth like stock but more eager to produce power on K04. Fuel consumption is only 3-4% loss in normal driving than REVO K03 progame.

Before the Revo upgrade progame, I ran the bigger injectors and K04 with standard K03 revo program and it was smooth w/o problem. The Revo K03 programe has no difficulties in driving the bigger injectors and K04 turbo. I have it on a month before the upgrade and just more carbon built up at exhaust tips.

I saw ecodetuning.com had a good grip with Revo and you guys may found a solution there.

Are you running an N75 race valve for the wastegate or are you referring to your BPV?
