I think my gas cap caused my check engine light to come on...
anyone experience this problem? its a 03 3.0. please help and can i turn it off?

Re: Tighten the gas cap properly and the CEL will dissapear in a few days. Common issue. STFA.
thanks, i was hoping it was that easy. had the same problem years back with my jetta, but the fix wasnt that simple.
