If I smoked my clutch, I'd smell it, right?

Default If I smoked my clutch, I'd smell it, right?
Playing music too loud, wasn't listening to engine, pulled away from stop sign, felt I was going slower than my right foot told me. Tach said 5-6K, so I immediately pushed the clutch in and let off the gas. I think I just didn't let out the clutch enough, I wasn't trying to launch or anything. Anyway, I didn't smell anything untoward and I popped the hood when I got home a couple minutes later and still couldn't smell anything out of the ordinary. Clutch feels fine, I think I'm just paranoid.

No worries, if no smell you probably didnt do anything that harmful. Just dont do it again

Stunk significantly the last time I smoked a clutch a 'few' years back.

It was slipping as you wernt letting it out fast enough for the revs, but you probably didnt burn it
