Default Thats true...for $40, might as well give it a shot. Something there to take hits is better than

nothing at all. If it works and when it starts to fade, just order replacements.

Default not a bad idea. I have it on the front of the car, recently took it off the mirrors

the one thing I can say that I don't like about it is you have to keep it clean, dirt will work under the edge and then you can't get it out and you will have this line on your car. Also certain colors hide it better than others. On the casablanca the film looks slightly yellow no matter what, on my dad's green caymen s you can't see it at all.

Default Yeah, just got the film for the headlights only. Car is of dark color and I got

the clear film so shouldn't show too much. I don't mind wiping the lights down once a week if the dirt does accumulate but I'll see how it is when it gets put on. It seems as if this film wraps around the entire unit so it doesn't leave any lens exposed.

Default If it does that then its definately a step up from what mine were when I have them

on my headlights. I have the clear bra on my 911 and the A4. Once we get the wife's Volvo hood repainted I am going to put it on her car as well.

Agreed. If I was in your shoes and had new housings I'd do the same thing.

Yes, please do preserve your headlights for me. Nice move. Now all I have to do is wait.
