couldn't spell basic things, use punctuation, or understand how to string a sentence together correctly. Not everyone needs to know how to write an english lanuage thesis to be successful, but it can be disheartening. Add to that a serious lack of social skills and graces. It just isn't being taught any more:-(
English is my second language and I grew up on a farm away from TV or radio, but I know that I sometimes screw up or get things wrong. Surely people higher up the pay scale should realize this is important.

how can that guy judge people, especially on the internet, how well their grammer is. alot of it has to do with typing fast and getting the point across, especially on forums and online chats. im sure lot of people here have good grammar, communication skills, and proper sentence structures
