Im at 14k miles, just got an oil light .What should i Fill up with? How much?

Chill dude..
Maybe I wasnt clear, get a bottle , put some in.. check the dipstick (obviously if you have enough, the light will go away).. I said take it to the dealer, cuz @ 14K.. is it normal to be loosing oil??

Anything except Mazola.In a V6, 1/2q in 2k is fine.20w-50 will help compensate for viscosity loss
Change you brand of oil if it burns too fast. I used Mobil Drive Clean and it dissapated fast. Any Valvoline or the Durablend is much better. Now my plan is to blend my own dino and synth, just for my older cars.

I agree with most readers below...supply more details...do you check your oil once a week?
If so, when did you notice the level going down since 10K miles?
